Returns & Exchanges:

If you decide you no longer want your item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Unused items may be returned for a full store credit, exchange, or refund (subject to a 25% restocking fee). Store credits never expire.

 

Damages & Defects:

If you experience an issue, please email detailed photos and a description of the problem to info@puppsterdogclub.com, along with the name used for the order and your order number. If the claim is determined to be beyond normal wear and tear, we may replace or exchange the item at our discretion.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for items with chewed, cut, ripped, dirty, or otherwise damaged fabric. We also do not warranty products used as tie-outs.

 

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, we are unable to guarantee cancellation. If we are able to cancel your order, all fees will be refunded minus the original transaction processing fee charged at checkout.
